Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Trainer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for onboarding new employees and upskilling existing staff on our pharmaceutical products, processes, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of technical concepts within the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions for new hires and existing employees on pharmaceutical products, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions covering laboratory techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, practical evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies to enhance training content.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts from various departments to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Assist in the development and implementation of e-learning modules.
