We are seeking a diligent and proactive Tender Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and have a keen eye for detail in managing tender processes. This role is crucial for identifying, preparing, and submitting competitive bids for projects within the Animation & VFX industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying relevant tender opportunities from various government and private portals.
Prepare and compile all necessary tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
Ensure timely submission of all bids and proposals.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, legal, finance) to gather required information.
Review tender documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
Maintain a database of all submitted tenders and their status.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding tender queries and clarifications.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities related to tenders.
