Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Executive with 2-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticketing and reservation systems, ensuring smooth operations, and handling customer queries with professionalism. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to customer service and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all incoming service requests and bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients and service providers to schedule appointments and resolve any conflicts.
- Maintain detailed records of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Apply knowledge of consumer protection laws and contractual obligations to resolve disputes and ensure compliance.
- Generate reports on ticketing volumes, reservation status, and customer feedback for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations in all customer interactions.
- Assist in developing and implementing improved ticketing and reservation processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
