Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool Room Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our Engineering team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of precision tools, jigs, and fixtures essential for aircraft maintenance and component repair operations. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operation and maintenance of CNC machines, manual lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines for tool fabrication and repair.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate tools and components.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on tool room equipment and machinery.

Support senior engineers in the design and development of new tooling solutions.

Maintain accurate records of tool inventory, maintenance activities, and production output.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all tool room operations.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tooling and equipment.

Learn and apply best practices in tool design, manufacturing, and maintenance.
