Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all tools, equipment, and consumables within the tool room.
* Track the usage, location, and status of all assets, ensuring proper accountability.
* Coordinate the procurement of new tools and supplies based on departmental needs and budget constraints.
* Implement and manage a system for tool inspection, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
* Assist in organizing and maintaining the tool room layout for efficient access and storage.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding tool handling and storage.
* Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage, and maintenance schedules for management review.
* Support other departments by facilitating the timely issuance and return of tools and equipment.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the tool room operations.
