Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Tool Room Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to oversee the efficient functioning of our tool room operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the availability of essential tools and equipment to support our textile manufacturing processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and a foundational understanding of financial aspects related to inventory and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and spare parts within the tool room.

Coordinate the scheduling and execution of routine maintenance and repair of tools and equipment.

Ensure timely procurement of new tools and replacement parts, working closely with the procurement department.

Maintain records of tool usage, maintenance history, and inventory levels.

Implement and enforce safety procedures within the tool room.

Assist in the tracking of tool room expenses and budget adherence.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to understand tool requirements and address any issues.
