We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Town / Urban Planner with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong understanding of urban development principles and a passion for creating sustainable and functional urban environments. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of urban development plans, zoning regulations, and land-use maps.
Conduct research and data analysis on demographics, infrastructure, environmental factors, and socio-economic conditions relevant to urban planning.
Support senior planners in project management, including stakeholder consultations and report writing.
Utilize GIS software and other planning tools for spatial analysis and visualization.
Contribute to the development of sustainable urban design strategies and policy recommendations.
Ensure compliance with local planning laws and regulations.
