We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent / Consultant with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in a fast-paced IT consulting environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our employees' travel arrangements, ensuring seamless and cost-effective journeys for business trips, conferences, and client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist employees in booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, adhering to company travel policies and budgets.
Research and compare travel options to find the best value for money, considering factors like cost, convenience, and duration.
Manage travel itineraries, ensuring all necessary documentation (visas, passports) is in order and communicated to travelers.
Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during a trip, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and employee preferences.
Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to negotiate rates and secure bookings.
Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding their travel needs and inquiries.
