Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Architect with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team at Kavishala. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our innovative ed-tech platform, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for writers and readers. You will translate user needs and business requirements into compelling design solutions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for our diverse user base. This position is ideal for someone with a Diploma and a strong foundational understanding of UX principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content specialists to define and implement user-centered design strategies.
* Conduct user research, including interviews and surveys, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
* Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
* Develop user journey maps and personas to represent target audiences and their interactions with the platform.
* Design intuitive navigation systems and information architecture for web and mobile applications.
* Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all user touchpoints.
* Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate on designs.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience by identifying usability issues and proposing solutions.
* Stay updated with the latest UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the ed-tech and content development space.
