We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Design Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our corporate team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial in enhancing our digital user experience, focusing on our e-commerce platforms and internal applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your M.Com background will be valuable in understanding the business context and user behavior from a commercial perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for enhancement.
* Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of UX designs.
* Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
* Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
* Understand and articulate the business impact of UX design decisions, leveraging your M.Com knowledge.
* Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
