Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Vendor Relations professional with 3-5 years of experience and any postgraduate degree to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key vendors, ensuring optimal service delivery, and driving cost efficiencies within the legal services sector. This role requires strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.

Oversee and manage all contracted terms of service with vendors, ensuring compliance and performance.

Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve favorable terms and cost savings.

Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations.

Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors and provide feedback.

Analyze vendor spend and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in vendor management and legal services.
