Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Voice & Accent Trainer with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and a keen understanding of phonetics and communication skills. This role involves training our employees to enhance their spoken English proficiency, pronunciation, and overall voice modulation for effective communication within our real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on voice and accent neutralization, pronunciation, and intonation.
- Develop and implement training modules tailored to the needs of employees in the real estate sector.
- Provide individual feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their spoken English skills.
- Assess trainee progress through various evaluation methods.
- Maintain training records and report on trainee performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in voice and accent training.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and ensure program effectiveness.
