Opening for Warehouse Executive | Corporate (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Executive with an M.Pharma degree to join our corporate team in Kochi. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the inventory and logistics operations within our telecommunications supply chain, ensuring efficient handling of pharmaceutical-related equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will leverage their scientific background and practical experience to maintain high standards of storage, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt, identification, warehousing, and dispatch of all pharmaceutical and related materials ensuring proper segregation and storage conditions.

Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP systems, conducting regular cycle counts and audits.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Storage Practices (GSP) and any specific guidelines applicable to pharmaceutical materials within a corporate setting.

Manage the logistics of materials, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors for timely delivery and pick-up.

Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

Monitor temperature and humidity control for sensitive materials, ensuring their integrity.

Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational performance for management review.
