Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive wealth management advice to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and legal frameworks.
Analyze client financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment goals to develop tailored financial plans.
Educate clients on various investment products, services, and market trends, explaining complex legal and financial terms in an accessible manner.
Ensure all client interactions and advisory services adhere to legal and ethical standards, leveraging LLB knowledge for compliance.
Conduct due diligence on financial products and services, assessing legal implications and potential risks.
Liaise with legal and compliance departments to stay updated on regulatory changes impacting wealth management.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring adherence to data privacy laws.
