We are seeking a motivated and qualified Yoga Instructor / Trainer with 1-2 years of experience to join our wellness team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in yoga principles and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree, looking to contribute to the well-being of our employees within a leading MNC in the Animation & VFX industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging yoga sessions tailored to employees of varying fitness levels.
- Conduct regular classes focusing on flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and stress reduction.
- Provide personalized guidance and modifications to participants as needed.
- Educate employees on the benefits of yoga for physical and mental health.
