Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Operational Risk Analyst with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks within our technology-driven environment. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to enhance risk frameworks, develop intuitive reporting mechanisms, and contribute to a robust risk culture. This position is ideal for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience looking to apply their design expertise to the field of risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational risk frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are user-friendly and effectively communicated.
Conduct risk assessments and control testing, translating complex risk data into clear, actionable insights using visual aids and design principles.
Design and create intuitive dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate risk exposure and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks and design innovative solutions for risk mitigation.
Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions, employing design thinking methodologies to foster a proactive risk-aware culture.
Monitor and analyze key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and potential control weaknesses.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational risk management process through innovative design solutions.
