Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, control testing, and gap analysis for various business processes.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and operational incidents, escalating as needed.
- Investigate root causes of operational failures and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly those relevant to technology and data privacy.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to integrate risk management into daily operations.
