Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to safeguard the company's assets, reputation, and business continuity within the dynamic Indian beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and evaluate their impact on business operations.
• Design and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk controls and the status of identified risks to senior management.
• Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Investigate operational incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization through training and communication.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in operational risk management.
