Role Summary:
Ola Electric is seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Risk Manager to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across various business functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is crucial in safeguarding the company's assets, reputation, and operational integrity as we scale our electric mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational risk management framework for Ola Electric's Indian operations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, including process reviews, scenario analysis, and control testing, to identify potential operational risks.
• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans in collaboration with business units.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain operational risk policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Investigate operational incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare regular reports on operational risk exposures, control effectiveness, and incident trends for senior management and relevant committees.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Indian regulations and industry best practices.
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams.
