Role Summary: The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across Havells India's business units. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the resilience and integrity of the company's operations, safeguarding assets, and promoting a strong risk management culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust operational risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments, control testing, and gap analysis for various business processes.
Identify emerging risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on the operational risk profile to senior management.
Investigate incidents, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with business units to embed risk management practices and foster a risk-aware culture.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Manage and maintain the operational risk register.
Provide training and guidance on operational risk management principles.
