We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Risk professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our Gurgaon-based team. This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across our logistics network, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for operational processes within the courier and logistics domain.
• Analyze data and identify trends to proactively identify potential operational failures and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement operational risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Finance) to address identified risks and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on the operational risk profile of the company.
• Assist in incident management and post-mortem analysis to prevent recurrence of operational issues.
• Leverage your MCA background to understand and assess technology-related operational risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and systems.
