Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Consultant with 1-3 years of experience, ideally with a B.Des degree, to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role will focus on optimizing operational processes, improving efficiency, and contributing to strategic initiatives within our building material division. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing operational workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including design, production, procurement, and logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize design thinking principles to create innovative solutions for operational challenges.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance, findings, and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies and projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on operational status.
- Support in vendor management and evaluation, focusing on material quality and delivery timelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development and manufacturing lifecycle.
