Operations Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes within our auto components manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, supply chain optimization, and performance management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current operational processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic operational improvement plans, including lean manufacturing initiatives, Six Sigma projects, and supply chain optimization strategies.
- Analyze production data, identify root causes of operational issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless implementation of operational changes.
- Design and deliver training programs to employees on new operational procedures and best practices.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and measure the impact of implemented improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in automotive operations and manufacturing.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and project progress.
