Operations Consultant

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Consultant to join our team and drive operational excellence within our live entertainment and events division. The ideal candidate will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the overall customer experience for our event partners and attendees. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current operational workflows for event ticketing, venue management, and on-ground execution.

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential risks within operational processes.

Develop and propose data-driven recommendations for process optimization and cost reduction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., event management, technology, marketing) to implement approved operational changes.

Design and implement performance metrics (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and measure success.

Provide training and support to operational staff on new processes and systems.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in event operations.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
