Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Engineer to join our growing team. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our manufacturing and supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role is crucial for supporting our production goals and driving operational excellence within our leather goods manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize material flow within the facility.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production cycle.
- Assist in the design and layout of production lines and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Generate reports on operational performance and present findings to management.
