Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our systems, automating processes, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production systems and infrastructure.
- Automate deployment, scaling, and management of applications and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various environments (development, staging, production).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure system reliability and operability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
- Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning.
