Operations Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our manufacturing operations. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in the production environment.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) processes and support manufacturing readiness.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels and material flow.
