Role Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all production and support systems within our food processing facilities. You will be involved in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing support strategies to optimize plant performance and product quality. This is a critical position that ensures our operations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of production lines and associated support systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues promptly, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, equipment uptime, and resource utilization.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the operational environment.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary components.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and reduce waste.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, operational logs, and performance data.
