Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations, Maintenance & Support team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our agrochemical manufacturing and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects, implementing maintenance strategies, and providing essential support to ensure optimal plant performance and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities in the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of operational data, maintenance activities, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and technologies.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for maintenance activities.
