Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team in an Operations, Maintenance & Support role. This position will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our educational programs and administrative operations across various project sites in India. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, possess strong organizational skills, and be committed to supporting our mission of improving education for children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities at assigned project locations.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, IT infrastructure, and other assets, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide technical support to staff and beneficiaries for educational tools and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and procurement of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to operations and safety.
- Assist in the planning and execution of program activities, including logistics and resource management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance schedules, and operational expenses.
- Respond to and resolve operational issues and support requests in a timely manner.
- Support field staff with any operational challenges they may face.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and systems.
