Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated B.Com graduate with 2-3 years of experience to join our Operations, Maintenance & Support team in Nasik. This role involves assisting in the smooth functioning of our aviation support operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the efficient management of resources. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate seamless maintenance and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities related to aircraft maintenance and support.

Support in financial tracking, budgeting, and cost control measures for operational expenses.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and spare parts.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies in all operational tasks.

Assist in preparing reports on operational performance, financial status, and compliance.

Support the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
