Operations Manager (2-3 Yrs) - Water Treatment / Waste Management Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 2-3 years of experience, ideally holding an M.Pharma degree, to oversee and optimize our water and wastewater treatment operations in Thiruvananthapuram. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource management to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of our treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring compliance with operational standards and environmental regulations.
- Monitor plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the procurement and management of chemicals and consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels and quality.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the operations team.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Analyze operational data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Manage and mentor a team of operators and technicians, fostering their professional development.
- Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure all permits and licenses are up-to-date and that operations meet all legal requirements.
