Operations Manager

Role Summary:
Alstom India is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize various operational functions within our railway projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient project execution, resource management, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's growth in the Indian railway sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Monitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Implement and maintain operational best practices and quality management systems.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
