Role Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our IT services delivery within India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of operational processes, resource management, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Manage and lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget management for operational activities.
• Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, client relations, and technical support, to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department.
