Operations Manager

Role Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the NBFC branch/department. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial operations, process improvement, and team leadership to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee daily branch/department activities, including loan processing, customer service, and back-office functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
