Operations Manager (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to oversee and optimize our manufacturing and production processes in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal and analytical background to ensure efficient operations, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives within the pulp and paper industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality control.
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure seamless workflow.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies, particularly concerning legal and regulatory aspects.
- Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering a culture of performance and continuous learning.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
