We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager - Upstream with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for a recent Master's graduate with a passion for operations and process improvement within the packaging industry. You will be instrumental in supporting upstream operations, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of upstream production processes to meet daily targets.
Support the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on operational performance.
Participate in process improvement projects and identify areas for optimization.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all operational activities.
Assist in inventory management and material flow within the upstream segment.
