Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our upstream agricultural operations. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of raw material sourcing, cultivation, and initial processing to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural supply chains and a proven track record in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all upstream agricultural activities, including land preparation, planting, crop management, and harvesting.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve yield, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the procurement and management of agricultural inputs, such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of farm supervisors, agronomists, and field workers.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze data, and generate reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with downstream processing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Identify and implement innovative farming techniques and technologies.
