Operations Manager - Upstream (Ludhiana)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager - Upstream to oversee and optimize our upstream operations in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient delivery of our educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in operations management, with a strong ability to manage resources, coordinate teams, and drive process improvements. A Bachelor's degree is sufficient; Post Graduation is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day upstream operational activities, including program implementation, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of educational programs.
- Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain operational budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Oversee procurement of materials and supplies for educational activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational goal setting.
- Train and mentor junior staff members involved in program operations.
