Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations, supporting various business functions, and contributing to the overall success of Zomato's delivery network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and restaurant partners to resolve on-ground issues.
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational initiatives and projects.
- Manage and maintain operational documentation and reports.
- Support the onboarding and training of new operational staff or partners.
- Collaborate with customer support to address and resolve customer queries related to deliveries.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process optimization and efficiency gains within the operations team.
- Provide support for ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned.
