Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various operational aspects of our facility management services, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of operational workflows within the FM industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities for a portfolio of facilities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee vendor management and performance.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage operational budgets and financial performance.
- Lead and motivate operational teams.
- Implement best practices in facility management operations.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports for management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
