Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations professional to join our FMCG division in India. This role will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of various business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the FMCG landscape and a proven track record in managing complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities within the FMCG business unit.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration of operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on operational performance.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the development and implementation of new operational projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for the operations department.
