Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Operations - Other. This role is ideal for a recent BCA graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic sports and leisure retail sector. You will be instrumental in supporting various operational functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our store in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing inventory levels, stock counts, and order fulfillment processes.
Support the implementation and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
Utilize IT systems and software for data entry, reporting, and operational analysis.
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to resolve operational issues.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Handle administrative tasks related to operations, including documentation and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
