Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our Operations and Strategy team. This role will involve supporting strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of our business units within the Printing & Publishing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business strategy, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Support the formulation of business cases for new projects and investments.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across various operational functions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
