Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our Operations and Strategy team. This role will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, identifying new growth opportunities, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. You will work closely with leadership to analyze business performance, develop strategic initiatives, and implement operational improvements within our IT services and consulting business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments.
- Contribute to the formulation of long-term business strategies and operational roadmaps.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
