Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Operations and Strategy team. This role will involve working on critical strategic initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall business growth of Infosys' software product division in India. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement best practices to enhance our product offerings and market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify strategic opportunities for product enhancement and business expansion.
- Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery within the software product lifecycle.
- Support the formulation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing software products.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align operational and strategic goals.
- Prepare business cases, financial models, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, leveraging data analytics and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the software product business unit.
