Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual with a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our Operations and Strategy team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing operational workflows, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance within our port and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to bring a unique perspective to process improvement and strategic planning in a non-traditional industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operational processes within port and shipping activities, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Utilize data analytics to forecast trends, model scenarios, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new strategies and operational changes.
- Research and propose innovative solutions, drawing parallels from other industries or scientific principles where applicable.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the development of business cases for new projects or investments.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
