Operations Supervisor

Role Summary: The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet and customer service at a designated location. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth vehicle availability, maintenance, and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall efficiency of our urban mobility services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of ground staff, including drivers and support personnel.
- Ensure the optimal availability and readiness of the vehicle fleet through regular checks and coordination with maintenance teams.
- Monitor vehicle pick-up and drop-off processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of vehicle keys, documents, and accessories.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to vehicle operations and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits of vehicles and operational processes.
- Coordinate with the central operations team for reporting and issue escalation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards for all fleet operations.
