We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support professional to join our team in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree, looking to contribute to the smooth functioning of our analytics and KPO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Support the implementation and monitoring of operational processes and procedures.
Handle data entry, data validation, and report generation with accuracy.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain operational records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
