Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Support professional to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations, supporting various teams, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our service delivery in the fast-paced food delivery and restaurant tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team.
- Assist in managing and resolving customer and delivery partner queries and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service, tech) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Help in organizing and executing operational initiatives and projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities.
- Support in onboarding new delivery partners or restaurant partners as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned by the management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
